Peer Editing the Research Paper
Very common mistakes:
- You can't use 1st person (I, me, my, mine, we, us, our & ours).
- You need to spell out single-digit numbers (e.g., one instead of 1).
- You also need to spell out numbers at the beginning of a sentence (e.g., Thirty percent of people...)
- To make a word possessive ('s or s'), if it's singular, add 's.
- Remember "comma + FANBOYS."
