  • Prompt: Should people in life or death situations be held accountable for their actions?  Give at least two reasons for your opinion and at least three examples of these situations.  Be sure to follow the prompt as written.

  • Prompt: Describe a situation from your own life (or the life of someone you know) when a person in authority changed the rules or procedures in a way that you didn't think was fair.  How did that make you feel?  Why?  What do you think s/he should have done instead?

  • Prompt: Choose five characters from Animal Farm and think of five real-life people who you think are similar.  Explain each character's personality and/or actions and how the real-life person is similar.  You may NOT use any politicians.
